Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Logistics Support Specialist is a fully onsite, multi-function role responsible for supporting sales programs for some of our biggest clients while also flexing into broader warehouse operations including large-scale kitting projects that require both repetitive actions and a close attention to detail.


This position pitches in on general warehouse functions, our trucking-based program, and time-sensitive assembly projects.

Willing to ask questions and help other employees when needed.

Willing to go above and beyond without any notice. 


This is currently an hourly position due to the project-based nature of this position.  This position is expected to be 20-30 hours per week, M-F. If this position turns out to be 30+ hours, it will be benefits eligible automatically.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Kitting

  • Assemble brand kits in high-volume batches — frequently several hundred boxes per project — according to provided build specifications and packing guides

  • Pack, seal, label, and stage completed kits for pickup or shipment, meeting project deadlines

  • Maintain consistency and quality control across kit contents, following build sheets precisely

  • Track kit components and supplies, flagging shortages or reorder needs to the appropriate team

  • Set up and break down efficient assembly workstations for large kitting runs

  • Support other bulk packaging, fulfillment, or special warehouse projects as assigned.





Warehouse

  • Assign warehouse space for inventory storage

  • Make positive contributions to the team. 

  • Manage receipt of freight, including unloading trucks

  • Create custom packaging and installations

  • Willing to work with hands and various tools safely. 

  • Assist with large-scale kitting and assembly projects, including client appreciation and brand ambassador kits, as volume requires

  • Maintain warehouse for cleanliness and safety

  • Elevate issues as needed for rapid resolution

  • Interact with inter-company team members as necessary to ensure project direction and completion

  • Follow all Brand Revolution company policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager’s direction

  • Conduct themselves professionally and work safely. 

  • Report any safety concern to Warehouse Manager.
