  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus

What You'll Do
  • Warehouse and Sorting Center Process Planning: Responsible for the process planning of warehouse and sorting center for America logistics business, including data analysis, process design, working route design, equipment selection, functional area layout, etc., output CAD layout plans and ROI analysis; continuously improves logistics operation efficiency through process optimizations and reduces operating costs.
  • Automation Planning and Implementation: Familiar with international automated logistics technology and scenarios, combining local operational characteristics in Europe, design the selection, layout, and system integration of automated equipment, promote the connection and implementation of automated equipment with various internal system links (such as WMS,WCS,TMS), ensuring the feasibility of the technical solution.
  • Pre-sales Planning: For pre-sales projects, participate in customer communication and needs research, interpret RFP documents, independently complete process planning and technical bid documents writing, providing professional and implementable warehousing planning and automation solutions for project bidding.
  • Planning for the Standardization System Construction: Sort out and improve the layout standards of process planning, equipment selection and configuration standards, process optimization execution rules, management standards, and cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms within the America warehouses, to promote the accumulation and replication of standardized capabilities.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and supply chain management, Automation, and other related fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience in process planning or automation planning. Familiar with the layout logic of warehousing/processing centers, operation process design and the characteristics of common logistics equipment. Those with experience in America or cross-border logistics planning are preferred.
  • Possess rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity, capable of independently completing complex scheme data analysis and ROI calculation. Proficient in using CAD for warehouse layout drawing, and master at least one data analysis tool (such as Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Possess strong project coordination and cross-departmental communication skills, and be able to adapt to periodic business trips within the America region; be good at summarizing and extracting, and have the ability to quickly learn and consolidate methodologies.
