Job description

Training Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new battery marketers, covering battery operations procedures, system use, and best practices.
  • Travel to field locations to deliver on-site training alongside the location team.
  • Serve as an on-site training resource at locations when requested, working with both location staff and battery truck teams to build shared understanding.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, keeping them current as procedures, systems, and fleet requirements evolve.
  • Support joint training sessions that bring together location teams and the battery truck team to ensure both sides are working from the same standards.

    Administrative Responsibilities

    • Assist Senior Battery Operations Manager with day-to-day fleet administration and operational paperwork.
    • Support the coordination of marketer onboarding logistics and scheduling.
    • Help manage documentation related to fleet compliance, process adherence, and loss prevention.
    • Assist with weekly battery inventory audit preparation and follow-up.
    • Support IT coordination for BMS updates and system-related training needs.

    Field & Location Support

    • Regularly visit battery truck and warehouse locations to assess training needs and deliver support.
    • Act as a point of contact for marketers and location staff on training and operational questions.
    • Help identify gaps in training or process adherence during field visits and report findings back to Senior Battery Operations Manager and Director of Battery Operations.
    • Support the rollout of new procedures, systems, or policy updates at field locations.
    • Spot check battery date codes, FIFO is being followed.
    • Ensure SOP Compliance
