Responsibilities and essential job functions:

  • Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.
  • Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship, while partnering with Eclipse HR
  • Manage the Site workforce: including hiring, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties.
  • Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization.
  • Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning, and space requirements and implementing changes.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Manager, will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review.
  • Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability in Operations Management work and process improvement is essential
  • Must exhibit strong data analysis capabilities
  • Experience in start-up facility preferred
  • Grocery warehousing industry preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to drive improvements in operational processes
  • Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility
  • Set aggressive targets and meets them in a challenging and complex environment
  • Picks up knowledge quickly, strong leadership, highly reliable and positive attitude
  • Ability to motivate, energize and influence others
  • Microsoft Office proficiency a must (Outlook, Excel)
