As a Driver Manager, you'll lead a designated fleet, ensuring drivers have the support, direction, and resources they need to deliver freight safely and on time. You'll be the go-to point of contact for your team of drivers, navigating freight planning, compliance, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee a fleet of drivers and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Monitor and maximize productivity, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) within legal and operational parameters.
  • Drive fleet efficiency by pre-planning loads and ensuring resource availability.
  • Partner with customers and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve freight challenges.
  • Ensure DOT compliance and enforce TCI's safety and operational policies.
  • Cultivate strong driver relationships by delivering consistent communication and support.

  • Minimum 3 years in a transportation driver management or dispatch role.
