Your Mission-Critical Role
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll turn donated goods into meaningful impact-ensuring items move efficiently and respectfully from intake to the places they're needed most across our mission. You'll lead day-to-day warehouse operations with a steady focus on safety, quality, and dignity.
Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, drivers, and volunteers; coordinating receiving, sorting, evaluation, and distribution; maintaining quality control and documentation; improving operational systems and inventory tracking; and ensuring appropriate channels for resale, recycling, or disposal.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in operations/logistics/warehouse/retail/nonprofit operations
- 1-2 years supervising staff and/or volunteers
- Strong technology proficiency; inventory software preferred
- Forklift certification (or obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license with clean record; able to meet physical demands of a warehouse setting

You'll start by checking dock activity and the day's workflow, then shift between the floor and the office-answering quick questions, redirecting priorities, and keeping the operation moving when donations surge.
