Nitta Gelatin, a global manufacturer of gelatin and collagen solutions, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our North America business. This role will lead the next phase of growth across North America and serves as the senior leader for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening overall business performance. The role provides direct exposure to executive leadership and requires regular interaction with global teams.
Work Location & Schedule
This position is based at Nitta Gelatin North America's Morrisville, NC office. A hybrid work schedule is available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work in alignment with business needs and company policy. Regular in-person presence is required to support team leadership, customer engagement, executive-level collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full North America commercial and customer-facing function, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics. The Director will partner closely with operations, product development, and global leadership to align business strategy and execution while driving sustainable growth and profitability.
What You Will Lead
  • Drive revenue growth across North America, including volume, pricing, and margin performance

  • Develop and execute key account strategies for strategic customers

Compensation & Benefits
