Your Contribution:
The Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time) provides administrative, logistical, and operational support for employee and community engagement initiatives. This position assists with the coordination and execution of engagement programs, volunteer activities, community partnerships, and employee events by supporting timelines, communications, materials, and event logistics. Working under the direction of the Engagement Manager, this role helps ensure engagement initiatives are delivered efficiently while enabling the Engagement Manager to focus on strategic partnerships, organizational initiatives, and long-term engagement priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain project trackers, shared calendars, and engagement documentation.
  • Support the tracking of community engagement requests, including sponsorships, volunteer opportunities, community events, and partnerships.
  • Assist with communication and coordination between branches, community partners, and the Engagement Manager.
  • Provide backup publishing support for El Nido to help ensure continuity of internal communications when needed.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other engagement-related documentation.

Event & Program Logistics
  • Support the coordination of logistics for employee engagement events, including the Graduation Ceremony, LCCU Tournament, Employee Celebration, Staff Meeting, and other organizational events.
  • Assist with volunteer and community outreach activities as assigned.
  • Support registration management, event materials, vendor coordination, and day of event logistics.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including transporting, organizing, and handling event materials and equipment.
  • Travel to branch locations and community events as needed to provide on-site support.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain centralized documentation for engagement events, partnerships, and volunteer activities.
  • Assist with tracking approvals and maintaining engagement records.
  • Support the compilation of engagement metrics and operational reports.
  • Maintain organized electronic files, templates, and historical records for engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
