About the Team

The ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. team designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.  

As a member of the Inventory Team, the Logistics Associate will be responsible to manage the flow of materials and products for the organization, including storing, receiving and distributing.  This position is also responsible for tracking inventory changes and maintaining accurate inventory records, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

What you can look forward to as the Logistics Associate:

  • Prepares each order as per shipping department instructions
  • Moves products to proper location or assigns product new location
  • Uses blueprints, routing sheets, and required hand tools and fixtures to assist in pack operation
  • Packages and moves the products to the shipping department for further processing.
  • Completes final inspection of assembly process
  • Completes inspection paperwork; and moves parts from assembly area to storage racks
  • Marks identifying codes, figures or letters on products
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area every workday
  • Recognizes and complies with all safety rules - hearing and eye protection will be worn when required

Your Profile as the Logistics Associate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with assist), 35 pounds regularly (independently)
  • Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment, such as an inventory scanner
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, as well as effectively communicate with others within the organization
  • Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite, desired 

The expected base compensation for this role is $18.40 - $21.00 hourly, plus some expected overtime.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
