Description

The primary responsibility of the Program Seller role is to assist with the production and sale of programs 


Schedule: This position requires you work both 1st and 2nd shift (weekends required


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills without the use of a calculator.
  • Maintain accurate records of programs distributed to high-value patrons and guests.
  • Complete end-of-shift balancing and paperwork with attention to detail and basic mathematical accuracy.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for daily operations and recordkeeping.
  • Perform duties in a seated workstation environment for extended periods as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of programs when required.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States


Education

  • High School Diploma or GED - Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience - Preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required
  • Customer service experience Preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of guest service needs.
  • Knowledge of appropriate money handling practices and ability to process credit card transactions.
  • Ability to compute mathematical calculations when balancing revenue sources, i.e., cash
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well individually 
  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
