Overview
Unique opportunity for a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to support the GI Tumor Board in Lakewood, CO. This is a part-time locum role with limited hours, focused on reviewing imaging and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide treatment planning.
Practice Highlights
  • Facility: 11750 W 2nd Pl, Lakewood, CO 80228
  • Setting: Clinic-based; GI Tumor Board
  • Duties: Review imaging and pathology, stage disease, assess treatment options, and collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists on personalized treatment plans
  • Days per month: 2 (Oct 6 & 20; Nov 3 & 17; Dec 1 & 15)
  • Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM (may extend up to 2 hours)
  • Support Duration: 3-6 months with potential extension
  • EMR: Epic
  • Support Staff: None
  • Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage
Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology - REQUIRED
  • Active Colorado License OR IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED
  • Experience with GI/Colorectal reads - REQUIRED (priority given to candidates with this background)
  • Must be available for all listed dates - REQUIRED
  • Must complete EMR training modules and virtual session prior to start - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice and background - REQUIRED
Schedule & Coverage
  • Dates: Oct 6 & 20, Nov 3 & 17, Dec 1 & 15
  • Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM (up to 2 hours/day)
  • Credentialing Timeline: 30 days (Emergency Temp Privileges available)
  • Duration: Initial 3-6 months, possible extension
