Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Kentucky-licensed Nurse Practitioners for a locum tenens assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves providing primary care and occupational health services within an onsite clinic environment, supporting employee health needs for LG&E - PPL.

Opportunity Details

  • Location: Louisville, Kentucky
  • Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
  • Setting: Onsite Employee Clinic
  • Coverage Dates: ASAP - September 8, 2026

Schedule Details

  • Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Lunch Break: 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
  • Orientation: First day onsite, with 2-4 hours working with IT, followed by patient care

Clinical Scope

  • Primary care for employees aged 2 years and older
  • Management of acute medical conditions
  • Occupational health and work-related injury assessments and treatment (preferred but not required)
  • Lab draws, patient rooming, and front desk support with MA assistance
  • Documentation within eClinicalWorks EMR system
  • Prescribing authority with DEA license

Requirements

  • Active Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license
  • DEA license required
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR system
  • Ability to see 5-7 patients per day
  • Comfortable working onsite in a clinic environment
