  • Full-time, five days per week -- 8-hour or 4/9-hour shift options
  • One evening shift per week; one weekend day per month
  • 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour shift
  • Serves primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
  • Primary care, preventative, and same-day care -- all ages 6 months+
  • 2 years NP/PA experience required; 1 year primary care experience
