VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity - Osceola, WI

  • Independent CRNA practice
  • 2 CRNA's Daily
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri (7a - 3p) - Call (3p - 7a)
  • Call Schedule: Every other day and weekend (call backs limited)
  • Call Response time: 30 mins
  • 2 ORs
  • Cases: Bread & Butter cases, Podiatry (Tuesday's only), Endo, Small amount of Pediatric ENT (6 months is youngest for tubes), OB (-100 deliveries per year), OB is planning to increase August 2026, No vbac deliveries, CRNA's do not need to stay overnight after placing epidurals, Eyes, Urology, Ortho, Blocks performed (most blocks are done in pre-op by CRNAs), Adductor canal, TAP, IPack, Interscalene, Lower extremity / popliteal, very little PECS block, Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (case logs required)
  • Other licensure specifics: DEA; rubella titer; MANTOUX test
