CRNA Locum Job in Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Specific Details for Assignment: CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals, blocks, 360 bed, level 2 Hospital
• Length of Contract: 4 - 6 month contract with option to extend
• Schedule: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. GWW 40 hr. Will accept 2 weeks a month availability
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: General, endo, OB, neuro, ortho, must be comfortable with blocks, spinals, and epidurals.
• OB: Yes
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
• Facility: 390 Bed Hospital, Level 2 Trauma
• Model: Independent CRNA Practice
• Charting: Cerner
• Credentialing: 30-90 days
