Job description

The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage plays a vital role in providing person-centered nursing care, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and independence. They participate in resident and family education, oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administer medications within their scope of practice. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
