Job description

Coordinate and oversee activities of the clinic and medical office team members to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients. The site supervisor serves as the leader for the practices within a specific site and is accountable to their teams achieving goals around productivity, quality, patient/co-worker experience, safety, and innovation annually. In addition to leadership functions, this position will also be responsible for patient care duties.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Associate degree or greater, Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana, Medical Assistant Certificate, or Certified Professional Coder
