Are you a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling locum tenens opportunity near GOSHEN, UT? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and provide essential psychiatric care to our patient population. As a Psychiatrist at our facility, you will play a crucial role in addressing the mental health needs of our community, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care.

Details:
  • Full-Time Need: This is a full-time position with some days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit (BHU): You will be responsible for rounding on our 22-bed inpatient BHU, providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients. The BHU admits approximately 6-10 patients daily, and you will play a key role in their treatment and recovery process.
  • Collaborative Team: You will work alongside a supportive team of Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants and Registered Nurses. Together, you will collaborate to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient, ensuring holistic and patient-centered care.
  • EMR System: Our facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system, enabling efficient documentation and communication among healthcare providers. This technology streamlines the patient care process, allowing for more effective coordination of care and improved patient outcomes.
Submission Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Board Certified Psychiatry - REQUIRED
  • Active Utah License - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of Inpatient Psych experience - REQUIRED
  • BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
  • Must state availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
