What youll do
  • This role is a working lead role, so the Team Lead operates equipment on a routine basis as needed to meet the production schedule.
  • Modifies work assignments based on workload fluctuations within the day.
  • Directs, leads and motivates functional work teams.
  • Executes special projects as assigned by management.
  • Ensures training of employees is being executed in accordance with operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
