Lockbox Capture Processor needs remittance processing and document scanning & imaging

Lockbox Capture Processor requires:

  • Sunday - Friday, alternating shifts. Start time is 6AM until work is finished daily.
  • 30-hour position.
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Lift about 35 lbs.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
  • Energetic with strong willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven production environment;
  • Experience with 10-key helpful;
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of basic Microsoft applications;
  • Ability to lift mail trays (up to 35 pounds) as needed;
  • Ability to sit at a desk/computer, stand, and walk for long periods;
  • General knowledge of banking helpful;
  • Experience in Remittance Processing and Document Scanning & Imaging preferred.
  • Require non-traditional shifts, and will require some holiday shifts and additional days/hours during peak payment volumes times, typically quarterly, but may also occur monthly.

Lockbox Capture Processor duties:

Prepare batches of work through utilization of High Speed Check Processing equipment to extract checks and remittance documents from envelopes and scanning documents according to operating procedures;

Follow standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
