Facilities Development and Management, Capital Planning Services, seeks a Construction Contracts Manager to provide centralized expertise, compliance oversight, contract administration support, and training for construction-related procurement and contracting activities. This position will be located at the Tempe campus.
Essential Duties
- Construction contract development and administration for Design Professional, CM@Risk, Design Build, and Job Order Contracting delivery methods.
- Reviews current contracts to ensure department and contractor adherence with progressive fee and contract requirements.
- Assists with the development and delivery of in-house training to promote participation and understanding of the contract process.
- Reviews contract templates to ensure compliance with Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), federal, state and university policies and clause standardization.
- Coordination with legal, procurement, and project teams.
- Audit preparation and compliance support.
- Contract performance monitoring and documentation management.
- Participates in the Request for Quotation development process.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, and documents as needed.

Salary Range:
