Job description

Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position is responsible for the growth of Community Association Banking (CAB) regional portfolios. Drives growth through direct sales and support of Homeowners Associate (HOA) products and services to new and existing customers. Develops influential relationships with clients and bankers to generate sales opportunities. Ensures compliance with bank policies and practices and regulatory statutes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing - Sells HOA products and services and generates deposit and loan, and payment relationships.. Participates in CAI chapters and industry events, develops prospects in the Association industry, and makes presentations to prospective customers. Maintains knowledge of banking products and services as well as knowledge of the industry and market areas served. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends to further identify and service the customers' needs.
Relationship Management - Develops influential relationships within the market to create sales and referral opportunities. Strengthens and manages existing relationships through regular (minimum monthly) visits and troubleshooting lockbox and other technical and service issues. Identifies opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs. Manages customer and prospect relationships, referring sales partners or other associates as appropriate to carry sales relationships to completion. Attends and participates in HOA staff meetings.
Payment, Loan and Account Processing - Works with internal business partners including Account Management and servicing groups to set up new customers, complete paperwork and submit payment, loan and new account packages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking
