Branch Manager – Staffing (High-Volume Operations)

Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance, profitability, and growth of a high-volume staffing branch. This role leads a team of recruiters and account managers while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing high-volume staffing operations, delivering exceptional client service, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Performance

  • Direct and manage all branch operations to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth and client expansion
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fill ratios, time-to-fill, spread, and retention metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers to drive performance and productivity
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to enhance team capabilities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or branch management role
  • Proven success managing high-volume staffing operations

  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid Driver License

Preferred
