Job description

Purpose:

While projecting a professional image; direct and coordinate the deposit CSR and teller operational functions of the branch.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure that customers are assisted in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards as identified in the SMILE program.
  • Directly oversee the activities of the teller supervisor(s) and deposit CSRs, including providing feedback and guidance regarding laws, policies and procedures both internally and externally.
  • Ensure that weekly work schedules are valid and completed.
  • Develop and train new and existing staff members. Recruit staff as required.
  • Oversee the approval of the daily branch NSFs.
  • Network within communities to find and attract new business.
  • Manage the weekly branch overdraft report by initiating customer contact according to the overdraft guidelines and collection policy.
  • Contribute to meeting both department and branch profitability annual goals.
  • Perform teller supervisor, CSR and teller duties as required.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Typically requires three to four years of Teller experience with increasing responsibility and possessing the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements for the job.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Drivers License.

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of standing or sitting, typing and repetitive motion
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on occasion

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Typically requires three to four years of Teller experience with increasing responsibility and possessing the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements for the job.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Drivers License.

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of standing or sitting, typing and repetitive motion
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on occasion
