About the Role
The Director, Employee Experience, leads onboarding, training and employee brand engagement to help employees, new and tenured, align with our business purpose, become inspired brand ambassadors and adopt products, processes, technology and ways of working that contribute to our customers' success and a positive business culture. This role partners across our matrixed organization to design digital and live learning journeys, create scalable educational content and improve readiness, adoption and performance in an AI-enabled hybrid work environment.
This role will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities
  • Lead the employee experience team and operating rhythm (intake, prioritization, timelines and quality).
  • Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs that support adoption and performance.
  • Develop scalable learning content, including e-learning, microlearning, job aids, FAQs and knowledge-based articles.
  • Partner with product and go-to-market teams to align training to roadmaps, releases and launch plans.
  • Lead training delivery across virtual and in-person formats; coach facilitators and content owners.
  • Build adoption and change strategies that translate business goals into clear actions and communications.
  • Influence stakeholders and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors and advisory groups.
  • Measure effectiveness using surveys, analytics and performance metrics; continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Stay current on learning technology and digital adoption tools; apply best practices and emerging trends.
  • Deliver programs globally with a primary focus on the U.S. and U.K.; apply localization/translation techniques as applicable to ensure relevancy and uptake

Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in training, onboarding, enablement or employee experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization and cross-functional influence.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles; strong facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with learning platforms and content tools (LMS, digital adoption platforms, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience aligning enablement to roadmaps, release cycles and go-to-market plans.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR).
  • Strong communications and digital learning background, with experience creating clear, compelling messaging and scalable e-learning, microlearning and virtual training programs that improve adoption and performance.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven approach: able to use dashboards, usage analytics and learner feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, education, marketing or business; MBA preferred.
  • Strong project and budget management skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
