  • Gather feedback, understand user needs, and translate workflows into product recommendations
  • Create documentation, training materials, and self-service resources
  • Facilitate training sessions and office hours to support platform adoption and best practices

Strategic Initiatives
  • Support larger platform initiatives and evaluations, including CMS and publishing workflow improvements
  • Contribute research, stakeholder feedback, and operational analysis to help inform product strategy and long-term platform decisions

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person, University or College.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, digital operations, CMS platforms, content tools, or related cross-functional environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, editorial, and business stakeholders
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn complex systems and workflows
  • Ability to think systematically and identify opportunities to improve processes at scale
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CMS platforms, publishing tools, or workflow management systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile product development processes is a plus
