Job description

Global Technical Content Editor

Westerville, OH (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit high-quality technical content including white papers, solution briefs, technical guides, reports, executive narratives, and video scripts.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences.
  • Develop thought leadership content around AI, cloud, digital infrastructure, data centers, power management, cooling technologies, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and executive teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Manage the full content lifecycle from research and SME interviews through publication.
  • Maintain editorial standards, content governance, and global consistency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Technical Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or Editorial roles.
  • Experience creating white papers, technical guides, solution briefs, reports, and thought leadership content.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience working with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Background in AI, Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, Power Systems, Cooling Technologies, Semiconductor, or HPC.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, content governance, localization, and global publishing.
