• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients to determine their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to deliver effective therapeutic interventions tailored to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.

Your work as an LMHC will engage a varied clientele facing a spectrum of mental health issues.
