Join Our Team as the Local CDL B Flatbed Driver – Kaiser, Missouri

Are you looking for a place where you're respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow? Look no further. We are hiring a Local CDL B Flatbed Driver in Kaiser, Missouri for a full-time role with day shifts and competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours

What You'll Do

  • Drive a CDL B 22’-24’ flatbed truck with a conveyor belt
  • Deliver bundles of shingles to job sites within a 50-mile radius
  • Unload and load shingles using forklift or by hand
  • Lift up to 90 lbs. regularly
  • Assist in warehouse duties when not driving, including pulling customer orders and warehouse upkeep
  • Work with automatic transmission trucks and conveyor systems
  • Complete 3-10 stops per day
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Rarely work half a day on Saturdays
  • Overtime as needed, typically 2-5 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience with a valid CDL B license
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus but will be trained
  • Clean background, no recent felonies in last 10 years
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and a current DOT medical card
  • Ability to lift for extended periods and work physically demanding tasks
  • No recent major violations or accidents, meeting MVR/PSP requirements
