Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the origination, underwriting, approval, closing, and servicing oversight of residential mortgage loans, including inโ€‘house and secondary market products. The Mortgage Loan Supervisor works closely with members, vendors, title companies, real estate professionals, and internal departments to facilitate timely, accurate, and compliant mortgage lending services.

The Supervisor ensures compliance with internal policies, investor requirements, NCUA regulations, and all applicable federal and state mortgage lending laws while supporting portfolio quality, operational excellence, and member financial wellโ€‘being.

Youโ€™ll play a critical role in driving productivity, coaching employees, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the credit unionโ€™s strategic growth objectives.
