Mortgage Loan Officer - Paid Training


About the Company...

United Mortgage Lending LLC is a growing mortgage company committed to supporting loan officers and operations staff with the tools, technology, products, training, and hands-on leadership they need to succeed.


About the position...

As a Mortgage Loan Officer in training, you will be given assignments and assessments to measure your understanding and retention of mortgage compliance for loan originators. You will be trained on our technology (CRM, dialer, etc.), loan products, and all applicable policies and procedures that will allow you to understand a clientsโ€™ finances and be prepared to offer solutions. No financial or mortgage experience is needed โ€“ we will teach you and help prepare you to pass your licensing exam! Once fully licensed, you will join a collaborative team, designed to provide ongoing support and continuing education as industry standards evolve.


About the key responsibilities...

Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and take inbound calls.

Remain composed and task-focused during inevitable objections to your phone call.

Educate your clients on their options โ€“ oftentimes clients object before understanding just how much you can help them.

Originate mortgage loan applications.

Collaborate with your team lead, receive feedback and grow professionally.

You have earned your high school diploma or GED.

If you have earned your bachelor's degree or have completed some college, that is a plus.
