Escrow Data Entry Clerk
The Escrow Department Data Entry Clerk provides customer service to lenders, borrowers and to the insurance agent. The Escrow Department Data Entry Clerk will run weekly reports, make outbound calls to obtain renewal policies and verify premiums. The Escrow Department Data Entry Clerk will also address where escrow payment is mailed and key insurance into a software program.
This role is hybrid from the Huntsville, TX office location.
This position will support the CPIA Program:
The February 2026 acquisition of CPIA expands Novacore's capabilities within the financial institution and lending ecosystem, adding a long-established platform with deep expertise in collateral protection, compliance services and technology-enabled insurance administration. CPIA will become part of Novacore's growing portfolio of specialty solutions, supporting continued expansion across lender-focused insurance and services offerings nationwide.
CP Insurance Associates (CPIA) a Texas-based insurance services agency specializing in lender-placed insurance, investor property and buy here pay here programs, as well as insurance for financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic clerical functions to include data and document processing.
  • Provide customer service related to loans and insurance policies over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or by email.
  • Research and track information.
  • Meet goals and daily/weekly productivity expectations.
  • Basic knowledge of general clerical functions, including the ability to perform word processing. Requires accuracy in finding files, entering facts or figures, and operation of office equipment.
  • Work within Department operating systems/programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve problems, while taking the initiative to escalate if/as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced environment, while being able to adapt to a flexible/changing culture.

Physical demands: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
