What is an Eoscar?

Eoscar, often referred to as the Electronic Office of Systematic Claim and Review, is not a job title but rather an electronic system used by credit reporting agencies and data furnishers to manage and resolve credit report disputes. When a consumer disputes information on their credit report, the dispute is processed through the e-OSCAR system, which allows for standardized communication between credit bureaus and information providers.
