Job description

Job Title: L&D Training Operations Coordinator (SuccessFactors Required)
Role Overview
We are seeking two highly organized and process-driven L&D Training Operations Coordinators to join our global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development organization. In this role, you will serve as the core operational backbone for our learning pipelines, offloading administrative execution from our Learning Strategists so they can remain focused on high-level strategy. You will take day-to-day ownership of Learning Plan management, curriculum auditing, data integrity, and ticket tracking through our external administrative services provider.
Manager's Direct Note: Hands-on, deep structural experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a mandatory requirement for this role. Candidates must have SuccessFactors clearly visible on their resume and be prepared to discuss their system workflow expertise in detail during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Plan Management & Data Integrity
• Curriculum Architecture: Create, update, and systematically maintain complex Learning Plans within the SAP SuccessFactors LMS based on parameters provided by Learning Strategists.
• Assignment Auditing: Assign and manage multi-tiered curricula, specific courses, and compliance-driven learning activities for targeted workforce populations.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor learning plan completion rates and regulatory compliance metrics, proactively escalating data gaps or tracking issues to leadership.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine, rigorous audits and system quality checks to guarantee absolute data integrity and layout accuracy across all active training profiles.
Day-to-Day Learning Operations
• LMS Transactions: Process standard system transactions with high accuracy, including user enrollments, course completions, historical records updates, waivers, and training extensions.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as the Tier-1 support desk responding to learner and manager inquiries regarding active training profiles, required course timelines, and historic records.
• Data Synthesis: Generate, format, and distribute standard weekly and ad-hoc analytics reports from the LMS to support programmatic decision-making.
External Vendor Liaison & SLA Tracking
• Ticket Governance: Serve as the primary operational point of contact between internal Learning Strategists and our external administrative learning services provider.
• Service Request Coordination: Log service requests, track open troubleshooting tickets, manage technical issue escalations, and audit external provider deliverables.
• SLA Accountability: Monitor external provider timelines against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), compiling regular status dashboards for the internal L&D leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Hard Filters (Applications will not be considered without these)
• System Mastery: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on administrative experience specifically utilizing SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in corporate learning administration, tracking compliance, or supporting training operations across multi-functional business areas.
• Software Fluency: Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (highly advanced Excel for data comparison, PowerPoint for metrics layouts, Teams, and Outlook).
Preferred & Soft Skills
• Industry Background: Previous experience working within a pharmaceutical, heavy manufacturing, or highly regulated compliance-driven industry is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Meticulous written and verbal communication habits; ability to professionalize technical data lines into clear business communications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent verified professional work experience in a related field.
