Our Cornerstone Team is dedicated to delivering solutions that help clients transform their HR/Learning and Development practices, driving significant cost savings, increased efficiency, a stronger competitive advantage, and an improved employee experience. As a Cornerstone Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Cornerstone implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology
  • Gathering business and functional requirements, mapping user journeys, and writing user stories to support solution design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features
  • Supporting iterative configuration of the Cornerstone application across LMS/LXP, Transform, or Technical/Data Conversion space
  • Facilitating design sessions with client stakeholders to review requirements, validate configuration decisions, and refine the solution throughout design sprints
  • Documenting baseline and current-state learning and talent service delivery operations to identify transformation opportunities and define points of value
  • Developing implementation plans covering scope, milestones, budget, and high-level architecture, while monitoring workstream risks, issues, and project progress

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Cornerstone or a comparable enterprise Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform, or skills platform, such as Workday, EdCast, Saba, Docebo, Oracle LMS, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, or Absorb, with experience in implementation, migration, or optimization initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries; managed schedule/budget/risks with weekly status reporting and stakeholder governance
  • 2+ years Big 4 consulting experience
  • Led 1+ Cornerstone implementations
  • Built 2+ integrated implementation plans (workstreams, milestones, dependencies, RAID); managed 3+ workstreams and tracked progress to milestone adherence
  • Completed 1+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone product implementation from design through go-live (and 30-90 day stabilization); included integrations, data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover plan, and training/change delivery for 200+ users

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
