Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insight into learning participation, completion, engagement, effectiveness, and talent development trends.

  • Analyze data from multiple sources, including Workday Learning, Human Resources systems, learning technologies, survey tools, and other business platforms.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Human Resources, business leaders, and key stakeholders.

  • Support the design and implementation of learning measurement and evaluation strategies, including program effectiveness, learner feedback, behavior change indicators, and business outcomes.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership requests, strategic initiatives, workforce development priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data governance practices, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Support the administration of Workday Learning, including courses, learning programs, campaigns, learning paths, enrollments, assignments, and audiences.

  • Monitor and maintain learning data quality, ensuring accurate reporting, learner records, completion tracking, and system integrity.

  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize the learner and administrator experience through process improvements and system enhancements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, or workforce analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charting, and analytical techniques.

  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.

  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to develop professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations.

  • Experience supporting Learning Management Systems, learning operations, Human Resources technologies, or related platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
