• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies as necessary.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and facilitate quality care.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques as guided by our clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with colleagues across programs to create and enact positive behavior support plans, leading to improved client outcomes.
• Engage fully in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the clinic operates at high standards of care and compliance.
• Act as a liaison for clients, connecting them to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community resources to enable comprehensive care.
• Foster effective communication with stakeholders and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency in various community forums or task forces.
• Integrate the mission, values, and principles of the agency into all aspects of your work, promoting a culture of care and respect within the community.
• Support the Clinic Director with additional duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of our mental health programs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with various developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• You must hold an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license to practice within Massachusetts.

Experience in outpatient mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and familiarity with community resources would enhance your effectiveness in this role.
