• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical environment is essential.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools is preferred.
