Livestock Nutrition Center specializes in blending customized rations, supplements and premixes to meet the specific nutritional needs of Livestock Producer's operations. We understand that management, performance objectives and feeding practices can be vastly different between operations, and that these differences dictate specific nutritional or formulation requirements. Our experienced sales staff and nutritionist will work with the Producer to design a feeding program that is specific to their operation.

Our Mission is to add value to the suppliers and end users in the feed ingredient supply chain through distribution, processing and service.

Our focus is to provide customized feeding programs, nutritional products, and expert service to livestock producers that promote their long-term success and profitability.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting all accounting processes, including but not limited to, inbound receipts, invoicing, cash deposits, daily closes, and inventory. This role will also assist the Office Manager in responding to requests for accounting information and assisting with overall office support.
Responsibilities
  • Invoicing for all outbound shipments. Verify information from various locations to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive all inbound tickets including checking weights and scale ticket number.
  • Assist with daily deposits and cash application on customer accounts.
  • Assist with reconciliation of daily inbound and outbound activity. Follow up on outstanding loads.
  • Support the physical inventory process requiring walking of grounds and counting product in an external environment.
  • Weighing all inbound and outbounds trucks. Responsible for accuracy of all data input in ScaleIt.
  • Maintain office records and file all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Perform any other related processes and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational skill set with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong sense of customer service with both internal and external customers.
  • Must be an independent self-starter
  • Agricultural experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and/or overtime as needed.
