NorBella Centerville, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Chef/Cook to join our team!
NorBella Centerville is located in Centerville, MN, in quiet agricultural pocket between Lino Lakes and I35. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. NorBella Centerville is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!
Shifts Available: On-Call PMs (12pm-7pm)
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.
Duties Include:
  • Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
  • Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
  • Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
  • Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
