Job description

Position Summary
The Account Executive, New Business is responsible for driving new business development through premium, season ticket and flex plan sales. This position reports to the Manager, Ticket Sales & Service.
Primary Responsibilities
โ€ข Generate new revenue and achieve or exceed personal sales goal
โ€ข Prospect, research and cold call to generate new ticket sales leads
โ€ข Provide world class customer service to all current and prospective customers
โ€ข Responsible for setting and attending face-to-face and/or virtual meetings weekly
โ€ข Create unique game day experience through group ticket sales fan experience packages
โ€ข Maximize gameday opportunities by prospecting and setting up seat visits
โ€ข Attending networking events to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
โ€ข Accurately track all calls and touchpoints through CRM
โ€ข Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum of 1 year experience in Ticket Sales
โ€ข Proactive in approach to day to day activities
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry
Essential Functions:
โ€ข Ability to multitask
โ€ข Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Communicate across departments
โ€ข Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully
โ€ข Driven to generate revenue at a high level
Physical Requirements
โ€ข Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
โ€ข Lift at least 20 pounds
โ€ข Role routinely uses standard office equipment
