Works with the Men's Soccer head coach in all facets of the men's soccer program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, and equipment management. Assists with coaching and training operations of the program. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED , or state recognized equivalent.
  • Experience as a competitor and/or coach at the club, college, or international level, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU's Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualificiations:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in sports management or related field.
  • Experience in practice and game day coaching, recruiting, scheduling, academic support, camps, and clinics.
