With every campground, camper and staff member being distinctively unique, the ability to think on your toes and work in a fast pace environment is a must. Requires strong people skills, excellent organization, and a robust understanding of technology and Microsoft Office. Must possess strong leadership and mediation skills. Professionalism towards guests and staff alike is imperative. Previous financial and budget experience required.
