We are currently seeking an ID/DD Residential Manager to join our growing Residential Services Team. If you're a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting others and developing staff, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Responsibilities
As an ID/DD Residential Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality services and supporting both the individuals we serve and our dedicated staff team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential homes
Ensuring homes remain clean, safe, and well-maintained
Purchasing necessary household supplies and managing home needs
Training, supervising, coaching, and supporting residential staff
Conducting and reviewing employee performance evaluations in accordance with company policies
Managing staff schedules and providing coverage when needed
Communicating regularly with individuals served, families, and care teams
Assisting with the coordination of services for each individual
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of successful work experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
โ€ข Valid Driver's License
โ€ข Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
โ€ข Strong time management and organizational skills
โ€ข Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals served, community partners, and staff members
โ€ข Positive, professional, and optimistic attitude
โ€ข College graduate
