We're looking for an experienced, organized, and relationship-driven
Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing residential property management portfolio in the Raleigh area. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants while overseeing leasing activity, maintenance coordination, renewals, and the overall performance of the portfolio.

Success in this position requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and confident in managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll balance owner communication, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, vendor coordination, and leasing operations while ensuring properties are well maintained, vacancies are minimized, and clients remain informed every step of the way.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000

Qualifications
• Active Real Estate or Property Management License required
• 5+ years of property management experience required
• Strong experience managing owner and tenant relationships
• Proven ability to handle negotiations and conflict resolution professionally
• Experience overseeing maintenance coordination and vendor management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software preferred
• Business development mindset with a focus on client retention and growth
• Availability to respond to urgent property needs outside of standard business hours when necessary
