• Establish and maintain a flexible schedule by determining your available hours and the number of clients you would like to see, allowing for personalized care and attention.
• Utilize our marketing support to grow your caseload effectively, while applying best practices that have been proven to enhance practice visibility and client acquisition.
• Provide live, customized support to clients, assisting them through the process of seeking care and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

• Create personalized treatment plans using solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

You will be working with a diverse patient population across various demographics and backgrounds. The clients you serve may experience challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. Your role as an LPCC is crucial in assisting them to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve positive outcomes through compassionate and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• A successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• An active and valid LPCC license is required to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.

• The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time status, with additional bonuses available based on performance and client success.
