Job description

We are seeking an experiencedย Pool Plastererย to join our construction and finishing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in applying plaster to inground swimming pool surfaces, ensuring a smooth, watertight, and durable finish. This role requires technical skill, physical endurance, and an eye for detail to achieve exceptional aesthetic and structural results across new builds, renovations, and repairs.

  • Prepare pool shells by cleaning, acid washing, and applying bonding agents before plastering.
  • Mix pool plaster materials (e.g., quartz, pebble, or marble-based finishes) to correct proportions.
  • Apply plaster evenly to inground pool interiors using trowels, hoses, or spray equipment.
  • Smooth, shape, and finish surfaces to achieve uniform thickness and texture.
  • Repair cracks, delamination, or defects on existing plaster finishes.
  • Ensure project areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Work closely with pool builders, tile installers, and site supervisors to maintain project timelines.
  • Inspect completed surfaces for quality, consistency, and proper curing.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
