Northern Pool Company is seeking an experienced Construction Excavator Operator with a Class A CDL license to join our growing team in Maine. Position Summary

The Excavator Operator will play a critical role in pool construction projects, handling excavation, grading, trenching, and transporting materials and equipment. This position requires a skilled operator with at least 5 years of experience and the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators and other heavy equipment for pool excavation, grading, and backfilling.
  • Safely transport materials, machinery, and equipment using a CDL-A vehicle.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, site layouts, and project specifications.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Ensure job sites meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and crew members to complete projects on time.
