The Housekeeper is an essential part of our resort operations team and plays an important role in creating memorable experiences for our owners and guests. In this role, you’ll ensure that every owner’s room and every public area of the resort sparkles with cleanliness and attention to detail. As a member of our Housekeeping team, you are more than just a cleaner, you are a face of VI Resorts by Westgate, helping bring our owners’ vacation dreams to life.  You take pride in demonstrating our core values; Work Ethic, Passion, and Integrity with every guest and team member interaction.

What You’ll Do as a Housekeeper

  • Clean and refresh guest rooms and public areas to Westgate cleanliness standards
  • Change and manage linens, towels, and guest supplies
  • Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and floors
  • Report maintenance needs, damage, or lost-and-found items
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures every day
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED or experience in housekeeping or cleaning

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds regularly
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional when interacting with guests and team members
