Job Description:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Summary: This position supports Gaming Analysis and Reporting from the Corporate Finance Department. Ideal candidate combines Casino knowledge with product management skillsets. This manager will ensure governance for engagement with Casino analytical tools, and communicate data driven insights to support Casino Optimization and decision making to support alignment of SOPs and Best Practices for Casino Reporting and Analytic systems.
  • Administer and maintain casino reporting and analytics systems (e.g. Tangam), ensuring configuration integrity and optimization, consistency, and reliability across all properties.
  • Lead and coordinate ongoing optimization efforts for Casino analytics platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Support and coordinate enterprise-wide casino reporting and supporting analysis in collaboration with Corporate Finance, Property Finance, and Gaming Operations teams.
  • Establish and drive standardization and best practices of Casino reporting tools and analytics platforms across the enterprise.
  • Provide governance over reporting processes, data usage, and engagement with analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate and Property stakeholders, ensuring alignment on reporting needs, priorities, and delivery.
  • Partner with Gaming Operations and Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights on casino performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage and support vendor relationships related to casino systems and analytics platforms, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Support development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to drive operational and financial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability of reporting and analytics processes.
  • Responsible for providing the foregoing services to Seminole Gaming in accordance with the Support Services Agreement and in compliance with internal controls, laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in gaming, casino analytics, or financial analysis required.
  • Experience working with casino systems (including Tangam) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in table games and casino economics, including table mix optimization, utilization, and revenue yield drivers.
  • Ability to build credibility with directors and property presidents and influence cross-property decisions.
  • Strong persuasion and stakeholder management skills, supported by clear, data-driven communication.
  • Experience holding stakeholders accountable for analytics-driven decisions, including validating rejected recommendations and evaluating and defending related cost-benefit analyses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hospitality, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred; relevant experience is more important.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with BI tools preferred.
  • Proven experience in a highly quantitative role.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to present complex insights clearly.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and able to work independently.
