Responsibilities
• Guide clients through trust administration and probate matters
• Counsel fiduciaries regarding their legal duties and responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and prepare probate pleadings, petitions, and court filings
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection
• Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
• Meet with prospective clients and recommend planning solutions tailored to their goals
• Develop comprehensive estate plans that help families avoid conflict and achieve peace of mind
Qualifications
