The Role

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager (5+ years) to own our 11โ€‘state, 100+ location corporate real estate portfolio and optimize our footprint. This individual will manage and oversee the structure of real estate deals and maximize financial or operational benefits, including making recommendations to leadership. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in real estate transactions, strategy, financial analysis, negotiation, property and project management.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Develop and implement real estate strategies, conduct market research, and identify trends to align with organizational goals.
  • Portfolio and Financial Management: Oversee property portfolios, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure optimal financial performance through effective capital and expense management.
  • Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Compliance: Lead property transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate investment risks, and oversee complex construction projects and lease negotiations.
  • Team and Stakeholder Engagement: Manage through subordinate supervisors; communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Handle additional responsibilities as needed, which may include vendor management, emergency response, and public interactions, to support organizational objectives. May have 24/7 responsibility to respond to emergent situations.

Main Requirements

Leads the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Real Estate function, ensuring effective execution of portfolio management, transaction activities, site optimization initiatives, vendor relationships, and related programs. Partners with senior leadership to implement strategic objectives and drive operational excellence across the real estate portfolio. Provides leadership and development for professional staff, overseeing performance management, coaching, workforce planning, hiring, promotions, compensation recommendations, and employee relations matters. Supervisory responsibility: Yes.

Education/Experience: Bachelorโ€™s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$130,000โ€“$195,000
