Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Read complex schematics and masterfully leverage digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and signal counters to isolate intricate circuit failures.
  • Component-Level Rework: Execute high-precision soldering and component replacement on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to restore critical equipment to peak performance.
  • Calibration & Testing: Set up specialized testing apparatus, adjust circuitry, and calibrate gear to guarantee strict manufacturer reliability standards.
  • Performance Verification: Conduct comprehensive functional testing to verify 100% system restoration before equipment returns to field operations.
  • Database & Team Continuity: Keep clear service logs, track component usage, and collaborate with work teams to elevate overall shop efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of hands-on, professional experience in component-level electronics diagnostic and board-level PCB repair.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge in Circuit Analysis, Electronic Systems, Soldering/Rework, and Equipment Maintenance.
  • Tool Fluency: Skilled in operating Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Signal Counters.
  • Schematic Reading: Advanced capability to read, trace, and troubleshoot complex technical schematics independently.
  • Drive & Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality workmanship and technical problem-solving.
